Khalnayak: The Villain is an action crime thriller drama. The movie revolves around an honest police officer Ram (Jackie Shroff), who succeeds in capturing the notorious criminal Ballu (Sanjay Dutt), and puts her behind the bars. However, things take a turn when Ballu escapes the prison and Ram is blamed for this. To restore Ram’s reputation, Ram’s girlfriend, Ganga (Madhuri Dixit), decides to trap Ballu. Ganga transforms herself into a dancer to get close to Ballu. Things take a complicated turn when Ballu falls in love with Ganga. Does Ganga arrest Ballu, what happens when Ballu learns the truth?
