Mohabbat Ke Dushman is an action thriller drama. The movie is set in 18th century India and revolves around a beautiful girl named Shamajaan (Hema Malini). Her beauty is noted by many, and finally a notorious powerful man Shahbaaz Khan (Amrish Puri) notices her and decides to include her in his harem of wives. However, Shamajaan declines his offer, which leads to the murder of her father, and she is abducted by Shahbaaz Khan. Luck favors her, as she manages to escape and finds the help of Rehmat Khan (Raaj Kumar), who treats her with care and respect. The question remains, how long will Shamajaan hide from Shahbaaz?
