Rakhwala is a romantic comedy drama. A little girl named Mini (Baby Shalini) travels from her village to the city to find her missing father. In the city, she meets a kind-hearted man named Vikram (Anil Kapoor), who is ready to help her out. However, the search becomes impossible as the girl doesn’t know the name of her father, neither has his picture. Will Vikram succeed in helping the little girl out, despite all the odds?
