Kalki Koechlin is an Indian actress born to French parents. She made her screen debut in Bollywood with Anurag Kashyap’s romantic black comedy Dev.D (2009), which earned her Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. It was followed by her successful movies like Shaitan (2011), Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), Shanghai (2012), Ek Thi Daayan (2013), Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (2013), Margarita with a Straw (2015), Jia Aur Jia (2017) and Gully Boy (2019). In 2011, she married filmmaker Anurag Kashyap but the two got separated in 2015. She confirmed her relationship with Israeli musician Guy Hershberg with whom she has a daughter, Sappho.
