Mahima Chaudhry is an Indian actress and former model. She made her debut in Bollywood with Subhash Ghai’s romantic musical drama Pardes (1997), alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Apurva Agnihotri. Her role in the movie earned her Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Other important movies of her career are Dil Kya Kare (1999), Dhadkan (2000), Lajja (2001), Om Jai Jagadish (2002), Saaya (2003), Baghban (2003), Souten: The Other Woman (2006), Sandwich (2006), etc. In 2006, she married a businessman, Bobby Mukherji and the couple had a daughter, however, they divorced in 2013.
