Pooja Bhatt is an Indian actress, filmmaker and model. She is the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and half-sister of actress Alia Bhatt. Pooja Bhatt started her acting career in Bollywood with Mahesh Bhatt’s Daddy (1989), a television film made for Doordarshan. It was followed by her commercially successful movies like Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin (1991), Sadak (1991), Junoon (1992), Jaanam (1993), Phir Teri Yaad Aayee (1993), Sir (1993), Tadipaar (1993), Naaraaz (1994), Chaahat (1996), Border (1997), and Zakhm (1998). She was married to Mumbai-based restaurateur Manish Makhija from 2003 to 2014.
