Salma Agha is a Pakistani-born Bollywood actress and singer. She started her acting career with B. R. Chopra’s romance drama Nikaah (1982) alongside Raj Babbar. Her role in the movie earned her a nomination in Filmfare Award for Best Actress and she won Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer for the same movie. It was followed by her other movies like Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki (1984), Salma (1985), Mahaveera (1988), Jungle Ki Beti (1988), Pati Patni Aur Tawaif (1990), and Meet Mere Man Ke (1991). In 1989, she married Pakistani squash player Rahmat Khan and the couple has two children, a son, Ali Agha Khan, and a daughter, actress Sasha Agha.
