The villagers worship Thakur Digvijay Singh (Raj Babbar) like a God, but he is a devil in disguise. With the help of his trusted aide, Balwant (Amrish Puri) he satisfies his lust by bringing young girls from the village and he then sells them in brothels. He comes to the village to escape from some problems along with his sister Anjali (Sapna Bedi) and he spots Naina (Twinkle Khanna). He starts lusting after her. Balwant?s son is entrusted with the responsibility of taking her safely to the Thakur?s mansion in the city. While on the way, Naina and Karan fall in love. After they reach his house, they realize why Naina has been brought to the city. How Karan rebels forms the rest of this love story.
