Janbaaz is an action romantic thriller drama. The movie revolves around the family of Rana Vikram Singh (Amrish Puri), comprising his two sons, Rajesh (Feroz Khan), a police officer, and Amar (Anil Kapoor). Rajesh is traumatized when his girlfriend (Sridevi) dies succumbing to the drugs, and he vows to avenge her death by finding the drug cartels responsible for the death of his girlfriend. Meanwhile, a gangster, Raja, kills Rana’s best friend, while his daughter Reshma (Dimple Kapadia) takes shelter in Rana’s house. Reshma and Amar fall in love, but Raja is still on the trail of Reshma. Is Raja related to the drug cartel, whom Rajesh is trying to find? Is Raja responsible for ruining the life of the entire family? Will Rana’s family be able to fight Raja?
