Angoor is a comedy-drama based on William Shakespeare’s ‘Comedy of errors’ where two sets of twins are separated at birth and one fine day reunite at another place. Ashok (Sanjeev Kumar) along with his helper Bahadur (Deven Varma) visit a small town for the first time for a deal where surprisingly many people recognize them. Smelling foul play, they both start to get entangled into hilarious situations not realizing that they have a twin brother each in the same town. After a series of a comedy of errors, both the twin brothers are reunited in the end.
