Rocky (Sanjay Dutt) is a young man's story who loses his father in childhood during an accident where he also loses his memory which keeps him away from his mother. Rocky is brought up by his father's friend and wife and later falls in love with his father's boss's daughter. After a few misunderstandings, twists and turns Rocky finally avenges his father's death and unites with his mother.
