Son of Bollywood action director Sham Kaushal, Vicky Kaushal started his career in films by assisting Anurag Kashyap in Gangs of Wasseypur in 20012. He made his screen debut as an actor by playing the younger version of Kunal Kapoor in Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana. His first lead role was in Masaan and thereafter seen in films like Zubaan, Raman Raghav 2.0, Raazi, Sanju, Manmarziyaan and Uri: The Surgical Strike. His younger brother Sunny Kaushal is an actor too in Bollywood.
